\u2013 If a DOMICIL\u2019GYM customer registers for a course with their customer codes they benefit from a 10% discount when purchasing the course
\u2013 The DOMICIL\u2019GYM Franchisee Coach undertakes to respect the appointment planned when scheduling the course
\u2013 Programmable session time (30 min to 90 min).
\u2013 Even if there is only one participant registered during a planned video course, the DOMICIL\u2019GYM coach undertakes to complete the course.
\u2013 If the participant forgets the time of the video course, the participant will not be reimbursed.
\u2013 Registrations will be possible up to 1 hour 15 minutes before the start of a course depending on places available.
\u2013 The participant will receive all the necessary instructions on the video platform supporting the course, he undertakes to do what is necessary to be able to follow the course on the day and at the scheduled time according to the instructions given, DOMICIL’GYM cannot be held responsible for a technical problem encountered by the participant during the video course and will not be reimbursed in this case.
\u2013 In the event of a technical problem encountered by the DOMICIL\u2019GYM coach during a video course and clearly identified as being his responsibility (technical problem or absence of the coach), participants will be fully reimbursed for the amount incurred.
\u2013 The customer registers on the dedicated video course page on www.domicilgym.fr and automatically receives, once they have paid for their course: \\r\\n- A first email with information: information on the course, name of the coach, reminder date time, duration of the course, equipment to be provided, sports clothing, the Platform used for its video courses: MEET (Google), TEAMS (Microsoft) or ZOOM, The user will be reminded that he must log in 10 minutes before the start of the course<\/p>\n
